Case of Calcutta Cricket & Football Club vs Karan Sigh Grewal, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 8th<\/sup>August 2025.<\/em>\u00a0The appellate tribunal held that NCLT order deserved to be set aside since it is unreasoned order, and further the reasonable and sufficient opportunity has not been granted as envisaged in Rule 37 of NCLT Rules (Deals with notice to opposite party), and hence the same is in violation of principles of natural justice.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
