The revised rules allow companies with market capitalizations exceeding \u20b950,000 crore to list with a lower initial public float and extended timelines to achieve 25% MPS.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; It has amended the ICDR Regulations, to enhance the anchor investor framework. This includes merging allocation categories, increasing the number of permissible anchor allottees for larger allocations, and including Life Insurance Companies and Pension Funds alongside Mutual Funds in the reserved anchor portion, which has also been increased to 40%. The amendments LODR Regulations, will introduce scale-based thresholds for determining material Related Party Transactions (RPTs), revise audit committee approval thresholds for subsidiaries, and simplify disclosure requirements for smaller RPTs.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8212; It has also approved measures to facilitate Foreign Portfolio Investors (FPIs) and Foreign Venture Capital Investors (FVCIs) through the SWAGAT-FI framework, offering a unified registration process and relaxations for trusted foreign investors. A new website, \u2018India Market Access\u2019, has also been launched to provide a centralized resource for FPIs.
