RBI has announced a\u00a0<\/strong>Scheme for Facilitating Accelerated Payout \u2013 Inoperative Accounts and Unclaimed Deposits. It aims to reduce both the stock of existing unclaimed deposits and fresh accretion of flows to the Depositor Education and Awareness (DEA) Fund. It will run for a period of one year from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0October 2025 to 30th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2026.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
