{"id":3557,"date":"2025-11-30T03:36:31","date_gmt":"2025-11-30T03:36:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/bhatiabhola.com\/?p=3557"},"modified":"2025-11-30T03:36:32","modified_gmt":"2025-11-30T03:36:32","slug":"sebi-press-release-77-2025-dated-28-11-2025-sebi-informal-guidance-scheme-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/bhatiabhola.com\/index.php\/blog\/2025\/11\/30\/sebi-press-release-77-2025-dated-28-11-2025-sebi-informal-guidance-scheme-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"SEBI Press Release 77\/2025 Dated 28\/11\/2025 &#8211; SEBI Informal Guidance Scheme 2025\u00a0"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>SEBI Informal Guidance Scheme 2003 was issued to enable certain entities to obtain guidance from the Securities and Exchange Board of India (\u2018Board\u2019) on the applicability of laws and regulations administered by it, in the form of \u2018No Action Letter\u2019 or \u2018Interpretive Letter\u2019.\u00a0The eligible entities included intermediaries registered with SEBI, listed companies, companies intending to list, mutual fund trustees, and acquirers under the takeover code.\u00a0It has been substituted with SEBI Informal Guidance Scheme 2025 (IG Scheme 2025), which broadens the scope of the Scheme and enables stock exchanges, clearing corporations, depositories and Managers of Pooled Investment Vehicles registered with the Board, to seek guidance from the Board.
