The amendments expand the definition of persons required to comply with research analyst regulations to include individuals \u201cassociated with research services.\u201d Qualification requirements were updated to include graduate or postgraduate degrees in relevant fields, CFA Charter holders, and NISM-certified programs, with mandatory renewal of NISM certifications every three years or upon expiry. Form A in the First Schedule has been revised to streamline documentation, including details of associated persons, compliance officers, and necessary infrastructure declarations.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
