It also aligns the definition of \u2018qualified institutional buyer\u2019 with that under the ICDR Regulations. Another update relates to the definition of \u2018strategic investor\u2019, expanding eligibility to institutional investors, specific foreign portfolio investors, and regulated NBFCs across middle, upper, and top layers.
