RBI has issued the Foreign Exchange Management (Export and Import of Goods and Services) Regulations 2026, after a comprehensive review of the existing FEMA framework, To be, effective from 1st<\/sup>\u00a0October 2026. Authorised dealers are directed to ensure strict compliance with FEMA, related rules and regulations, and the prevailing Foreign Trade Policy while handling export, import, and merchanting trade transactions. All references to the RBI must be routed through the PRAVAAH portal, and any doubtful transactions are to be reported to the Directorate of Enforcement.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
