A key proposal is a streamlined mechanism for low-value claims, defined as physical shares up to Rs 5 lakh, dematerialised shares up to Rs 15 lakh, and dividend claims up to Rs 10,000. For such claims, disposal within 30 days is proposed, based solely on the company\u2019s verification report.
