Case of Nalinesh Kumar Paurush vs Arvind Mittal, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 25th<\/sup>\u00a0September 2025.<\/em>\u00a0The appellant authority held that each and every commercial transaction which has resulted in loss may not be labelled as fraudulent or to have been done to deceive creditors.
