The order specifies detailed territorial jurisdictions for each Registrar across States, Union Territories, and districts, including bifurcated jurisdictions in Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, and West Bengal, and also covers Sikkim under Kolkata-I.
