CBDT (Order under section 119) has extended\u00a0the due date\u00a0for\u00a0issuance of TDS certificate under section 203 of the Act read with rule 31 of the Rules for the for the quarter ending December 2025 to 31st<\/sup>\u00a0March, 2026.\u00a0<\/strong>TDS certificate issued\u00a0within the\u00a0extended\u00a0period shall be treated as having been issued within the prescribed time.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
