Under the revised rules, effective from 31st<\/sup>\u00a0March 2026, directors holding a DIN as of 31st March of a financial year are required to file Form DIR-3 KYC Web once every three financial years, instead of annually, with a deadline of 30th June. However, any change in key details such as mobile number, email ID, or residential address must be updated within 30 days through the same form along with the prescribed fee. It also replaces existing forms with a single DIR-3 KYC Web form.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
