The framework prescribes a minimum net worth of Rs 25 crore for platform operators, robust governance and \u2018fit and proper\u2019 criteria, and clearer operational rules such as \u2018without recourse\u2019 financing, mandatory buyer payment obligations, and assignment registration with CERSAI.
