The Central Government has notified the New Development Bank, established under an agreement and its annexes among the Governments of Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, including any amendments thereto. This notification relates to the definition of \u201cbody corporate\u201d or \u201ccorporation\u201d under the Companies Act, which require certain entities to be specified by the Central Government through notification.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
