It simplified the framework for transmission of securities by introducing Quick Transmission Processing (QTP), increasing limits for simplified documentation, and reducing procedural requirements for legal heirs. It reintroduced open market buy-backs through stock exchanges from 1<sup>st<\/sup>\u00a0August 2026 with revised operational safeguards and approved amendments to the Buy-back Regulations. It also permitted intraday borrowings by mutual funds for liquidity management, and introduced the GARUDA mechanism to expedite Alternative Investment Fund (AIF) scheme launches.
