Case of Gantrex India Crane Ralls Private Ltd, AAR Maharashtra Ruling Dated 28^th April 2025. The provision of testing and commissioning service of Rail Track is classifiable under Heading 9954 and more specifically under Sr.No.3(xii) of notification  number 11/2017 dated 28^th June 2017 and the rate of tax will be 18%.
