Case of Orsino Hotels & Resorts LLP, AAR West Bengal Ruling Dated 22nd August 2025. AAR ruled that the accommodation services provided by the applicant to RBI having room tariff of less than Rs.7500 per day per unit, as part of the contract for providing accommodation (rooms) services to RBI staff, are taxable at the rate of 12% under GST.
