IBBI DC Order Dated 15/07/2025 – IBBI Suspends IP Mr Kairav Anil Trivedi for acceptance of new assignment despite disciplinary proceedings 

Section 97 of IBC requires the Adjudicating Authority to confirm, no disciplinary proceedings are pending against an RP before appointment. Mr. Trivedi failed to disclose his AFA suspension, thereby suppressing crucial information. IBBI suspended his registration for a period of two years.
