It is observed that newly discovered assets, i.e. four units in Hotel Radisson Blu, Dwarka, were not included in the Information Memorandum (IM) or valuation, thereby denying other prospective resolution applicants a fair chance to bid. The DC has suspended his authorization for assignment for three months.
