The new provisions divides the Disclosure Document into two parts: a ‘Static’ section and a ‘Dynamic’ section. The Static section includes 11 parameters that do not change frequently, such as definitions, risk factors, services offered, and expense details. The Dynamic section covers five parameters that require regular updates, including client representation, financial performance, and audit observations. A key procedural change is that whenever information is updated, only the specific pages containing the changes need to be certified by an independent Chartered Accountant and the Portfolio Manager Principal Officer.
