MCA has announced an extension for filing the annual KYC forms for Directors. The deadline for filing e-form DIR-3 KYC and the corresponding web form DIR-3 KYC-WEB without the imposition of a fee has been extended from the previous date of 30th September 2025, to 15th October 2025.
