The amendments relates to changes to the allocation norms for anchor investors in public issues. For an allocation of up to Rs 250 crore, a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 15 anchor investors are permitted, with a mandatory minimum allotment of Rs 5 crore per investor. For allocations exceeding Rs 250 crore, a maximum of 15 investors are permitted for the first Rs 250 crore, plus an additional 15 investors for every subsequent Rs 250 crore or part thereof, maintaining the Rs 5 crore minimum allotment per investor.
