He has the experience of over 38 years, working at various locations and in different positions in a large corporate, finally superannuated at the level of Director (Finance) from a Nav Ratan CPSE, National Fertilizers Limited. He has worked in various functional areas i.e. Strategic planning, Policy matters, Finalization of Accounts, Cost Accounts and Records, Audit, Budgetary Control, Working Capital Management, Mgt. Reporting, Treasury Management, Banking, Raising of Financial Resources including Bank Loans/Limits, Commercial Papers, External Commercial Borrowings (ECB) etc. Forex risk Management, Project Evaluation, Import of Fertilizers, Financial Concurrence, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST implementation and related areas. His mission for the firm is to provide businesses, entrepreneurs and individuals with highest quality of professional services in accounting, auditing, direct and indirect tax planning and advisory services with assistance of professional team to cater to entire spectrum of client requirements. He has a vast experience of over 40 years in various capacities in Manufacturing, Automobile Industry and large PSUs Power Sector and Telecom Industry, finally superannuated at the level of Sr. General Manager (Finance) from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited, a Maharatna CPSE of the Government of India. He has worked in various functional areas i.e. Finalization of Accounts, Cost Accounts and Records, Audit, Budgetary Control, MIS, Liaising with Banks, Financial Concurrence, Direct and Indirect Taxation, GST implementation and SAP Implementation. Staff and Contractors payments and Account Payables, Revenue recognition and Account Receivables of Transmission and Telecom business, their regulatory authorities (viz CERC and TRAI) compliances. He is in full time practice as Cost Accountant since June 2021.
