The Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax (Exemptions), has approved Hari Shankar Singhania Elastomer & Tyre research Institute, Mysore, for ‘Scientific Research’ under section 35(1)(iia) read with rule 5F of Income Tax, for a period of five years, starting from the AY 2022-23. It will enable the Institute to receive certain benefits, related to its scientific research activities.
