IBBI, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 15/10/2025 – Admission of claim by resolution professional constitutes valid acknowledgment of Debt 

Case of Shankar Khandelwal vs Omkara Asset Reconstruction Private Limited, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 15^thOctober 2025. The appellate tribunal held that the admission of the claim by the Resolution Professional in the first CIRP against the Corporate Debtor constituted a valid acknowledgement, which extends the limitation period for initiating a fresh CIRP.
