AAR ruled that the security and scavenging services being supplied by the applicant to Government of West Bengal hospitals qualify as pure services related to functions entrusted under Articles 243G and 243W. Accordingly, such services fall under Serial No. 3 of Notification 12/2017 and are exempt from GST.
