The Bill has been introduced in the Lok Sabha to amend the Industrial Relations Code, 2020. The amended provision states that the following enactments shall stand repealed from the date appointed in the notification issued in this regard:
(a) the Trade Unions Act, 1926;
(b) the Industrial Employment (Standing Orders) Act, 1946; and
(c) the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947.
