Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal (Procedure) Rules 2025: The rules have been notified to establish a structured and efficient framework for the functioning of the Goods and Services Tax Appellate Tribunal. The rules are effective from 24th April 2025. The procedural framework is divided into 11 chapters, encompassing 70 distinct rules and four designated forms, with the objective of promoting uniformity, procedural clarity, and digital efficiency in the functioning of the Tribunal.
