The disciplinary committee (DC) held that the IP acted beyond authority by unilaterally reconstituting the Committee of Creditors (CoC), filing contradictory interlocutory applications with differing CoC compositions for the same date, and failing to disclose the earlier filing, thereby misleading the Adjudicating Authority.
