Central Excise Notification 13/2026 (T) Dated 26/03/2026 – Notification rescinded to withdraw earlier Exemption Framework 

The notification rescinds earlier notification 18/2022 dated 19^th July 2022. The past transactions or decisions made under the rescinded notification remain valid and unaffected.
