Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Board, a board constituted under the Karnataka Industrial Areas Development Act, 1966, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Income Tax Act.
