Export Entry (Post export conversion in relation to instrument-based scheme) Regulations: These regulations replace the Shipping Bill (Post Export Conversion) Regulations, 2022 and govern the amendment of export declarations after goods have been exported under an instrument-based scheme. Under the new rules, exporters seeking post-export conversion must apply in writing within one year from the clearance of goods.
