The public notice amends Appendix 2B of the Foreign Trade Policy, to include authorised agencies permitted to issue Preferential Certificates of Origin (CoO) under India-UK CETA. DGFT notified a list of agencies authorised to issue CoO for specified products. The Directorate General of Foreign Trade and its regional offices, Export Inspection Council and Export Inspection Agencies were authorised for all products.
