DGFT has announced the rollout of electronic Preferential Certificates of Origin (eCOO) for exports to Oman under the India-Oman Comprehensive Economic Partnership Agreement (CEPA), effective from 1st June 2026. The certificates will be issued through the Trade Connect ePlatform, the unified digital system for Certificates of Origin. The system will generate an electronic certificate carrying a QR code, digital signature, issuing officer’s signature image, and agency stamp.
