All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi, a Council established by the Central Government, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from Grants received from government, Regulatory charges, RTI and Examination fees, CMAT/GPAT fees, interest on bank deposits and miscellaneous receipts.
