Haryana State Pollution Control Board, a Board constituted by the State Government of Haryana under the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from Grants received from government, Consent fees, Analysis or survey fees, Authorisation fees, Cess, interest on bank deposits and other specified incomes.
