Ayodhya Vikas Pradhikaran (Ayodhya Development Authority), an authority constituted under the Uttar Pradesh Urban Planning and Development Act, 1973, has been notified under section 10(46A) for exemption on its income, provided the authority continues to operate for specified purpose under section 10(46A)(a) of Act.
