Haryana Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board, Panchkula, a Board constituted by the State Government of Haryana, has been notified under section 10(46) for exemption on its income arising from Proceeds from Registration fees and subscription collected from construction workers, Cess collected under the Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Cess Act and interest on bank deposits.
