The High Court had quashed Notification No. 12/2025 (ADD) dated 10th May 2025, which had imposed anti-dumping duty on titanium dioxide imported from or originating in China PR. In response, CBIC has directed to immediately stop the collection of this anti-dumping duty. The instruction clarifies that no further anti-dumping duty should be levied on such imports.
