Misc, Min of Labour Notification Dated 30/12/2025 – Draft Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions (Central) Rules 2025 

The Occupational Safety, Health and Working Conditions Code 2020, all the provisions have been brought into force vide notification dated 21^st November, 2025. Now the draft rules have been notified for seeking objections and suggestions from the stakeholders.
