Misc, Min of Labour Notification Dated 30/12/2025 – Draft Industrial Relations (Central) Rules 2025 

The Industrial Relations Code 2020, all the provisions have been brought into force vide notification dated 21^st November, 2025. Now the draft rules have been notified for seeking objections and suggestions from the stakeholders.
