Misc, Min of Labour Notification Dated 30/12/2025 – Draft Code on Social Security (Central) Rules 2025 

The Code on Social Security 2020, all the provisions have been brought into force vide notification dated 30^th  April 2021, dated 3^rd May 2023, dated 21^stNovember 2025 and dated 19^th December 2025. Now the draft rules have been notified for seeking objections and suggestions from the stakeholders.
