NCLAT, Personal guarantor can prefer appeal under section 61 against order of NCLT: Case of Aarti Singal vs State Bank of India, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 3rd April 2025. The appellant tribunal held that appeal against an order of NCLT initiating insolvency resolution process of personal guarantor lays to NCLAT.
