SC, NCLAT not empowered to condone delay beyond prescribed period of 45 days: Case of Tata Steel Ltd vs Raj Kumar Banerjee, SC Judgement Dated 7th May 2025. The apex court held that NCLAT has no power to condone delay beyond prescribed period of 45 days to entertain appeal regardless of the reason for delay.
