Company Law Notification Dated 19/05/2025 – Amendments to Companies Accounts Rules, Extension of due date for filing of Form CSR-2

The deadline for submitting the form, which pertains to Corporate Social Responsibility activities, has been extended. It amends Rule 12(1B), substituting the previous deadline of 31^st March 2025, with the new 30^thJune 2025, date.
