Company Law Notification Dated 30/05/2025 – Amendments to Companies Cost Records and Audit Rules

The changes primarily involve the substitution of Forms CRA-2 (Form of intimation of appointment of cost auditor by the company to Central Government) and CRA-4 (Form for filing Cost Audit Report with the Central Government). This change effective from 14^thJuly 2025, mandates companies to use the updated electronic formats for specific filings.
