IBBI NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 20/05/2025 – No right to possession after hotel lease expiry during CIRP moratorium 

Case of Nazru S Basheer vs Pancard Clubs Limited, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 30^th May 2025. The appellant authority has affirmed NCLT order directing a hotel operator, to vacate the hotel property belonging to Pancard Clubs, the corporate debtor currently undergoing CIRP.
