IBBI, NCLAT Delhi Judgment Dated 07/08/2025 – Judgement on CIRP Extension, rejects 90 days but allows 45 days 

Case of ASREC India Ltd vs Kamal Aggarwal RP of Torque Automotive, NCLAT Delhi Judgement Dated 7^th August 2025. The appellate tribunal allowed a 45 days extension to complete the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP). The extension was to receive the final plans and complete the voting therein.
