The notification revises the SCOMET (Special Chemicals, Organisms, Materials, Equipment and Technologies) List under Appendix-3 of Schedule-II of the ITC, in alignment with multilateral export control regimes. The revised Appendix-3 will be made available on the DGFT website under ‘Regulatory Updates’ → ‘Import, Export and SCOMET Policy’.
