Exports of the agricultural commodities as specified, to Bhutan are exempted from the applicable restrictions and prohibitions, with immediate effect and until further orders. The exempted list is extensive, covering twenty-three categories of agricultural goods, including various forms of milk and cream, fresh vegetables like potatoes, tomatoes, onions, and shallots, lentils, tea, different types of wheat and rice, wheat/meslin flour, a wide range of edible oils (including soyabean, ground- nut, palm, and mustard oil), sugar and molasses, and common salt.
